The plan is for you to book individually, and let us know, and then as the event approaches, we will give them a list of the INFRAMES attendees who have booked a room there, and ask them to move all reservations to a single Duke-based credit card. If you choose to stay somewhere else, you will need to submit for reimbursement and only for amounts up to the rates indicated above.
There are other hotels that you are welcome to book on your own, perhaps not as nice, but perfectly fine on the same street (Avenue Jean Janvier) but you should consider booking at the Campanlle.
